A 1381 demand has to do with demanding your right to a speedy trial on an open case once you've sentenced to serve over 90 days on another case. It is designed to allow youbtoneither fight the case and/or get concurrent or reduced (1/3 the mid term consecutive) if consecutive.

If the county you make the deman on doesn't get you to trial within the time frame, the case is dismissed.

But just filing the demand doesn't undo anything or clear anything off your record.

Talk you your lawyer.
