My sister lives in CT. She has had some past disagreements with her neighbors. The 45 year-old male neighbor now slows down and gives her the finger every time he passes her in his vehicle (he will mouth the "FU" as well). I understand this is a childish act on his part, but the fact that it is a man doing it repeatedly to a woman makes me wonder if she has any legal recourse? It is inimidating and she is scared of what else he may do. Thanks for the help.
Since this is happening in Connecticut, you should re-post your question under Connecticut law. More lawyers with the relevant expertise will see it there.
This question should go to a civil attorney in Connecticut.
