Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Skipped Bail
My friend skipped bail in California in 1989 and he was recently arrested in Great Britian. I would like to know if he can still be convicted for the 1989 charges (credit fraud) and if he can be extradited to the U.S. even though he is not a citizen.
