is there somithing wrong with this?

ok me and my better half were both arrested in our home for possession for sales. my case was thrown out and now my better half is still going to court because the police cant seem to find their veido and audio tapes. weve gone to court 5 times now and still nothing how long will this go on for. and is there maybe something else going on that we should know or look into. thanks

you need to tell me what court this is in, why was your case dismissed, what does the video have to do with the evidence that was uncovered? how much was uncovered?

You should look into getting an attorney. Possession for sale is a felony and a conviction will mean a substantial prison sentence. A lawyer may be able to get the case dismissed if the prosecution can't get its act together, and will be able to tell you and your spouse what you need to know.
