Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Using Spouse's Credit /Bank Card

Can my wife have criminal charges filed on me for useing her credit card/bank card for purchasing services on the internet? Were not seperated or even concidering a split up, she's just a tight ass! I know I should of asked her 1st but she would of said no. I paid her for using it like I always do but she is really pissed this time and said she's going to report it, and file a fradulant use of credit card with the bank. She is the only one on the account but I also give her money to deposit in bank. Thank you

Re: Using Spouse's Credit /Bank Card

This isn't a legal problem but a psychological problem.

You either need to get out of this relationship, or you need to start working together like each others best friends.

You wouldn't be asking this piddling legal question if you'd got your own credit card and/or treated her like you'd treat one of your buddies. Buddies don't do this to each other. Remember you give a buddy a rash of shit and he beats the hell out of you. And you've lost a buddy. Most of us don't want to lose a buddy. So we treat them with respect. Also saves us a lot of beatings.

As long as the bank is paid no D. A. nor any bank will get involved in a squabble between to kids that got married too young (immature).
