Yes I'm trying to find out what I'll be looking at if I don't do drug court and just except the misdeminor charges of Hs1155o andHs11364 You see I don't think all be able to make it to the classes or the assesments dates I have no relyable transportation

For the 11550 charge you could be sentenced from 90 days county jail up to one year county jail, for the 11364 charge you could be sentenced from no time up to six months in the county jail. The nice thing about diversion, if that is what you are talking about, is that if you successfully complete the diversion, you can get your offense removed from your record. Good luck.
