Re: supervised release

Hire an attorney to represent her. There is probably nothing else you can do. The court will not allow you to file a motion or other wise place the matter on calendar.

Have a retained attorney represent her as a public defender will not do your bidding. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.

Re: supervised release

For starters, hire an attorney to defend her and try to keep her out of prison. If she can't afford private counsel, have her apply for Public Defender. Counsel can make various motions and begin preparing for trial. Contact me if interested in doing so.
