Your question is too complex to answer in a single e-mail. In federal court, you potentially might be facing many years in prison. You need to get a lawyer asap to see how you can fight your case.

Multiple years on each, depending upon the charges and enhancements you face. The proper posting should have been, 'help!'. If serious about getting it, feel free to contact me. If all you want to do is plead and go to prison, you don't need an attorney.

I really hate the question "What sentence am I going to get?" I wish people would ask me "How can I fight the b**s?"

If you are ready to give up, don't call me. Look up the federal sentencing guidelines and have fun in federal prison.

Federal sentencing is complex, to say the least. The sentence depends on many factors.

You start with the base offense, then there are upward and downward departures from that base depending on factors that are too convoluted to explain here, unfortunately.

The exact code section you're facing matters, too - not just your generic description of "tax evasion."

I assume you have an attorney working on this with you... if not, you should. Federal cases aren't to be taken lightly. Ask Martha Stewart and former Orange County Sheriff Mike Carona.
