Re: terrorist threats

If misdemeanor you are looking at 1 year county jail maximum. If felony it would be a strike conviction with 3 years in state prison max where you would have to serve 80 percent of your time. If you do not have significant criminal record you would most likely be looking at probation and something less than maximum, but you do not want a strike conviction on your record for sure. Do not surrender and a get an effective lawyer who will fight for you. Feel free to call my office for a free consultation.

Re: terrorist threats

You're going to just give up and do 2 years in state prison (the max is 3) ?? Plus have a Strike? I wouldn't go down without a fight, or a private lawyer on my side. Make sure you get a lawyer in time to have him or her standing next to you at your first court appearance.
