Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

This is my second time in a prop36 program. I completed the 3 months and now im starting after care. My counselor ordered me back in three weeks to start the after care and all of a sudden, they have dismissed all after care programs for good. Then my counselor says i have a dirty test which shocked me because I have been clean for 4 months. I recently caught a bad case of sinusitis. i was taking quite a few prescribed medications that can show a false positive on my urine test. So my counselor terminated me. WHAT WILL THE JUDGE DO TO ME?

What will happen depends on the Judge. You may want to ask your attorney to get a list of the prescriptions, as well as descriptions for your Doctor as to how they may read on a drug test
