unreported child abuse
my daughters were sexually molested by my exwifes boyfriend. She never disclosed this to me or to authorities.I only found out about this by seeing a report my daughter filled out with her school counselor. Is there a law that requires someone to notify the ex-spouse or an authority if they have knowledge of an incident

Some individuals, teachers, doctors, etc are mandated reporters. Other individuals are not mandated reporters.
