Vandalizm
My nephew who is 18 got cought vandilizing and spent a night in jail. His court hearing is next week. Do we need to have a lawyer represent him?

It is always advisable to have a lawyer retained in these types of cases. If your nephew can afford a private attorney it would be recommended he retain one fairly quickly.

Yes. You should have an attorney. If I recall the line between a felony and misdemeanor is $400.00. So anything over that would be a felony. Get a lawyer
