i got in a verbal arguement with my neighbors. after i left they called the cops to press charges on me for hitting the man with my car which i never did. the man of course has no injuries but they had a "witness" i know for a fact this witness is lying but now im stuck being charged with a hit and run. i never hit the guy with car or anything but with a witness i dont know what i can do
