What happens when you violate probation, is it automatic jail time or is there anything else you can do, have a minor child with sole custody
It is entirely up to the judge, subject to the persuasive powers of your attorney. If serious about hiring counsel for this, feel free to contact me.
It really depends on the individual Judge. They usually take into consideration the violation itself, the surrounding circumstances and the underlying offense. It sounds like you will need an attorney and so I suggest you make a few telephone calls to find out what it will cost you. If you do not know any attorneys in the area call the local county bar association and ask for some names from their referral list. If those ideas do not work out for you, feel free to call my office.
Good luck,
