Re: warrant

Bail can only be posted in the court where the charges are pending. No other court -- even within the same state -- will accept it. You may be able to get a bondsman from one state to post a bond in another, but the bond itself must be issued to the court where you are facing charges.

Re: warrant

You have to appear and post the bond at the courthouse where the warrant was issued and charges were filed. Whether an an out-of-state bonds company would post bail for court case in another state would be up to that bonds company.

Re: warrant

Thank you for your inquiry.

If you have an outstanding warrant in Nevada you can have an attorney file a motion to quash the warrant. Additionally, you would need to post bond with a local bondsman. If your case is in Las Vegas or Clark County, Nevada this is a frequent procedure.
