Warrant

If I do not appear for my turn in date for jail there will be a warrant issued for my arrest will there be additional jail time to serve because of this? and would i then be able to modify my sentence for weekends to serve my time?

You want to break your promise to the court to turn yourself in. Then, you want to promise the court that, if they let you serve time on weekends, you will come back each weekend. Don't you get it that, after you break your first promise, the court won't trust you anymore?? As attorney Ruff says, if you have a problem with your sentence you can apply to the court to modify it, you have a better shot at this if you use an attorney.
