Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

Can my employer continue to pay his son, provide health insurance, and contribute to his retirement after my pay was stopped, contribution to my retirement stopped, and my health insurance cancelled after being put on disability. His son is out on disability and will not return to work for 6-9 months? Seems as though I've been discriminated against.

Discrimination? No, its called nepotism = Favoritism to family; not illegal or improper. Different categories of employees can have different pay and benefit packages, and employers can waive rules as they please to extend leaves, etc.
