Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California
I feel that I was passed over by a female manager because of my gender. Can I be asked in an interview if I have any problems working for a women? It was also pointed out that if hired for this position that I would be working in a room full of women. It was made perfectly clean that my since I was a member of the opposite sex it might be an issue. Please advise.

It is impossible to tell from four lines of text if you have a case or not. It does, however, sound like there is enough there to talk to an attorney about in person.
