Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

Hi,

I have a very strange request! What do you do if you got an STD from someone who knew they had it? I have medical.. but cant afford the on going copays and the meds? He is a business owner and not taking responsibilty for his actions?

Not strange.

You have civil lawsuit and potentially a criminal filing available to you. You have a burden of proof, but if you have evidence showing he did it, then you can pursue those remedies. Consult with local litigation counsel with experience in this.
