Is it legal that a car sales man forces a woman to have sex in order to keep her car?

Of course not, it is rape and should be reported to the car dealership and the police. Since he will say it was consensual, it is best to go to the police first and see if they can coach you how to call him to get him to admit what he did. Did he make the monthly payment on the car or did you? If he did, then you might be able to prove that so have some written support for your side of the incident.
