There is no generic answer to your question. Points and authorities are specific to the facts and issues of each individual case.

The fact that you are asking for this type of help on a forum such as this indicates you are in serious need of legal representation. It would not be appropriate to provide the help you are asking for without knowing anything about your case. You either need to hire an attorney as soon as possible or you'll need to pay an attorney for his or her time to provide the help you are looking for.
