You can testify in court on his behave and try to reason with your parents. It is up to your boyfriend to fight against the Order. You can also ask the court that if a permanent Order does issue that it terminate when you become 18.

I know nothing about the facts of your situation or the personality of the individuals involved. But you have only two parents and will have several or many boyfriends. I suspect your current one is over 18; all parents worry when a "man" who is probably just out of high school and is somewhat adult in his demeanor dates a 16 year who is in the 10th or 11th grade. They see it as a man taking advantage of an impressional child, which it often is. I know you feel your parents are trying to interfere in your life, and they are, but they probably are doing it because they love you and want to protect you. Parents sometimes over react, but they are doing it because they think they are helping you. See if you can work out some compromise.
