Legal Question in DUI Law in California

on 2007 i was arrested for a drunk in public

you: on 2008 i had a warrant for not going to court for that

you: so i weso i went to court and got 3 years of summary probation,15 signatures of aa meeting and a $120 fine

you: this year on march 14th i gat arrested again drunk in public

you: so i violated my probation

you: i got court day on tmarch 16

you: since am under medication i dont want to go to jail! seriously am scare!

you: i dont know what to do!

Anyone that doesn't know what to do to defend criminal charges should hire an attorney that does. If you can't afford private counsel, apply for the Public Defender.
