Legal Question in DUI Law in California

2 DUI's in 1 month. I have a dui with a chargeable accident and I have a regular DUI all in 1 month. What should I expect to happen to me. I'm fighting one case the accident cause I was side swiped and I hit another car in the process my alcohol level was lower than the California law says. But they still arrested me. Am I going to do jail time?

NO one can say what a judge will or will not do. However, you issue is serious. A good attorney may be able to help you get over the hurdle.

Just make sure yuo hire someone for BOTH. Make sure whoever you talk to knows that you have two DUI's from the get-go. This could cost a lot if you do not.
