8 year old dui
8 years ago, my friend received a dui in california. he did not appear for the hearing because he moved to florida. now, back in california, he was arrested (he was not driving) because he had a warrant out for his arrest for failure to appear and has court in august. what should he expect and how should he prepare?

He should expect to receive some time in jail and/or some serious fines as his sentence. Most intelligent people hire attorneys when faced with criminal charges.
