Legal Question in DUI Law in California

alright.. so im on probation from a felony DUI in 2010, i completed a required in-patient 6month program and im over 200 days clean from alcohol but i recently tested dirty for using marijuana, am i gonna be finishing the rest of my probation term in prison.. just curious what i should expect from all this in court

You will not be spending the rest of your probation in prison. You need to talk to a lawyer ASAP, Either call up the lawyer who represented you on the underlying case or retain a new lawyer.

Without knowing more information, such as the county you are on probation in and your criminal record it is impossible to say more.
