Arrested for DUI- not the driver, driver had keys

I was not the driver. The driver was a designated driver. We were cut off on the road which forced us off road into a ditch.

If you were not driving, you cannot be guilty of DUI in California. You should hire a DUI attorney, who will know all the tricks and procedures. You can find more information at our website: www.duilawyercalifornia.org.

You should hire an attorney immediately. If you did not drive you should not be punished for what you did not do.

Often police officers become zealots when it comes to making arrests for DUI. They will even exaggerate the truth to prove their case. You need an experienced attorney who has been to trial, and is willing to fight for you, not with you.
