I was arrested on 04/22/10 and Im 19 years old and blew .1, What are the penalties and fees I am looking at? It was in Sacramento, CA.. It is a first offense.

The maximum penalty is 6 months in jail and loss of license for 6months plus fines and fees. With a .10, generally, my office can avoid a DUI conviction. Give me a call.
