Legal Question in DUI Law in California

My court Date is monday and still dont know my BAC

I was aressted for my first DUI about a month ago, I took a blood test and still have not found out the results. Is there anyway to find out before I go to court so I am not blind sighted? It is now only 3 days away, and I am so worried about everything.

Bring a lawyer with you to your first court appearance. Easier said than done considering you've waited until 11 PM on the Saturday night before your Monday morning court appearance to start contacting lawyers.

Probably not, and probably better not to rock the boat by having your attorney inquire at the DA's office. In fact, often where a blood test is involved, the DA's office does not seem to get the results in time for the arraignment. But, they have up to a year to file the charges, so they usually get filed in the end. You really need to get a DUI lawyer to represent you in this matter. There are many ways to attack the prosecution's case and evidence that the lawyer would know. Check out our website for more info.
