Legal Question in DUI Law in California

my son was caught driving DUI last year ,he was under age then,He went through probation ,community service everything and yesterday was his final court date hearing,and during court proceedings judge orderd drug test ,which came positive so judge orderd jail time of one week for him so he is in jail now ,what will happen on his next hearing in one week,Will judge release him ,Will he put him on probation again or there could be a more jail time for him ,he is now over 18.and also what are our options as parents.
