If I am arrested in california, will my arrest follow me to Massachusetts?

Yes, if they do any kind of search, the warrant will be found, if you allow it to go to warrant. Cout affect your license in Massachusetts. You should take care of it. If it's a misdemeanor, an attorney can appear on your behalf without your presence.
