Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I got a DUI in California but I'm moving to Las Vegas, NV. Can I register for the DUI classes in another state?

You can but it will not satisfy the California dept of motor vehicles. Your attorney will need to clear it with the court to satisfy the judge. Then, after four months of FULL SUSPENSION (if this is a first offense) which WILL be honored in Nevada, meaning no driving t all, you can ask California for a school waiver.
