I assume you mean .09 not .9. This is a defensible case and can probably be reduced down to a reckless driving. Whether this is worthwhile or not depends on each individual case. You should probably contact a lawyer to help you out. Also, you need to contact the DMV within ten days of the arrest to request a SEPERATE hearing fom the court procedures.
