dui on driving record

I got a dui in 2004 in california. I just graduated itt for an hvac service tech. Most of the jobs i apply to need a clean dmv print out. Is there a way i can get my dmv print out clear of the dui charge so i can get hired with a company

No. Records are forever. You can not expunge a DUI, as you can some misdemeanors and felonies. The DUI will count as a 'prior' for 10 years.
