Legal Question in DUI Law in California

dui

they field tested me twice and took me in for blood test I blew .07 I did have minimal drugs in system after test, they tested me illegally and legal driving is under .08 what will they try and charge me with, it is dui under influence of illegal substance

One can be driving under the influence even if the blood alcohol is below .08. If the lower blood alcohol level reduces the ability of the driver to operate the vehicle in a safe manner. You also stated that there were some drugs present. The combination of the drugs and alcohol could have interfered with your ability to drive. Retain an attorney to assist you in your defense.

Yes, the DUI for driving under the influence, not the DUI for .08. But you may have a fight, if you were pulled over illegally. Contact an attorney.
