Legal Question in DUI Law in California

DUI in 2000, left country

I had my DUI in 2000, completed the weekend work programme and classes but was not able to pay the fine in full as I had to leave the country, since I lost my job. I have got a job now in USA and would like to come back, what are the consequences of me not paying the fine, I am ready to pay it now on my entry back.

Check with the county's sheriff to see if a warrant has issued. If so have it removed via attorney appearance on your behalf. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
