Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I got a dui about 3 months ago, (san bernardino county) i was parked and they found me because i was driving in front of the watchers... skitzos that watch every car that goes by. my friends threw a bag full of rocks and a cone in their yard. my court date was for monday and i got a second dui sunday (the day before) apparently i almost hit some lady and i took a resident neighborhood turn going 60 went over a curb and came close to hitting a house. My car doesnt work anymore. both duis i blew a 1.113 then a 1.115 and im only 20. What do i do? my parents wont pay for it again... i have a job so i can make payments... but what will be the end result? What will i get and have to pay? I know i will have to do AA classes but what else? am i looking at jail time?

If you can help me out at all that would mean a lot!

Thank you for your time!

Basically to give you the proper advice... I need... your name / dob / CDL #... so that I can research your cases. It is in your best interests to have 1 lawyer handle both case - doing this piecemeal will likely end up badly. I'd like to speak directly with you... if you call 909-988-3030... lv your full name & cel #... mention LAW GURU... we can figure out cost & a payment plan. The idea is (1) to keep you out of jail & (2) to get your lic back as soon as is possible/feasible... Ivs been doing DUI's for 32 years & know the DA's pretty well. If I can help call me... THANKS!

The end result of your actions is that you face two similar criminal charges at the same time, and both courts, if different, are going to know about the other and coordinate your cases to some degree. No, they aren't going to ignore each other and let you get two 'first offense' deals. You could go plead guilty to each and do your jail time for each, lose your license for each, pay your fines and restitution for each, etc. Or, you could hire an attorney to help you try to minimize the pain you're about to feel here shortly. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me for the legal help you definitely need.
