It depends upon the facts of the stop as to whether or not you may beat it altogether and other factors such as B.A.C. and your record as to whether of not it may be reduced. Contact me directly.

It depends on the BAC, the prosecutor, the judge, and your attorney. It also depends on whether the initial stop was legal.

Slim to none, unless you've got below minimum Blood Alcohol, mitigating circumstances and a cooperative DA and judge.
