Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Dui/dwi

I refused a breathalyzer but passed two other field sobriety tests. Without the breathalyzer or a blood test how are they able to charge me with a DUI/DWI

Re: Dui/dwi

The blood alcohol test is needed only for the b section of the of the dui violation. The driving under the influence can be based solely on the observations of the police officer. You should discuss this matter with an attorney.
