DUI's

If I own a small Bar and if a customers leaves my bar gets into a accident which was his fault hits another person causes her to have to have several surgerys on her foot, can I be sued abd by whom?

Yes; anybody can sue anybody for anything. You can have liability if you let a drunk leave and drive.
