Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Hello,

I have had a number of pre-trials in my first offense DUI case. I asked my public defender for a jury trial because I strongly claim the the officer did not tell the truth in his police report. Th PD reluctantly also asked for a motion to through the police report out. There was a pre-trial where I amd the officer were questioned in depth. There is a transcript, Though I know the officer did not tell the truth the judge chose to believe him. I was denied the suppression.

I did not have a jury at that pre-trial and I wish to know if I had the right to a jury in this matter? Also, if you are familiar with Title 17 in DUI cases the officer did not wait 15 minutes before giving the blow test in the field. Was I denied rights there?

Thank you

There is no jury at a pre-trial. I don't know what you mean by "I was denied the suppression." The judge believed the cop more than you, that's life. That's why you need an attorney, you need to pursued the judge.
