Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Ilive in california and my wife co signed for my son to get a vehicle and he is 18. The insurance is in my sons name. He had an accident and is now being sued? Can my wife be sued also? wEJUST GOT A LETTER THAT BOTH WERE BEING SUED.

You might post this question on the civil litigation or personal injury page. But the simple answer is that anyone can be sued for anything. If your son's insurance company won't defend you, you ought to talk to your automobile insurance company or your home owner's insurance company.
