My 86 yr old mom lets her unlicensed son (DUI) use her car to run errands. If he has an accident, is she liable in any way for providing him a car to drive?

Of course she is, whether he is licensed or not, and she would be sued if he causes damage. Any insurance she has might NOT cover her if he is unlicensed.
