minor dui
i am 18,was cited in 1 county w/ bac of.o8 when i was 17. they now want to send case to the county i live in. is that legal?

Yes it is legal. When you are a juvenile, they will transfer the case to the county where you live. Frequently they will wait until the case has been litigated before transfering the case, but they can transfer it earlier.
