Occupational Licenses vs 2nd DUI
I received a DUI 4 1/2 yrs ago (CA). Other than that my record has been flawless. I work in the automobile business and forgot to renew my sales lic. this year. I just received a DUI and am wondering if I will be able to REINSTATE my sales lic. now seeing as how I cannot RENEW it because it's expired by 2 mos. I realized that a 2nd Offense requires a 1yr suspension of my CDL but will that include my Vehicle Sales License also. I do not drive cars on the lot. I am a desk manager if that makes any difference. Thanks.

License or not, you had better fight the DUI - they WILL fire you.
