Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Second offense...license suspension

My daughter recently received a second DUI after 7 years. At the DMV hearing, her license was suspended for 1 year. Is there a process for requesting a restricted license due to hardship...siingle mom and outside salesperson?

Thanks,

Charlie Edge

Re: Second offense...license suspension

This was an administrative hearing, it is difficult and costly to proceed from here. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have tomorrow.

Yes, depending upon the court orders entered, she may be able to petition DMV for a restricted license. Contact me if interested in doing this right.
