Legal Question in DUI Law in California

off-road dui?

well i was in ocotillos wells riding my friends verry small dirtbike almost minibike to the bathrooms on a dirt road. when i was almost there i was pulled over. the lady gave me a breathalizer twice and i blew a .072. is there any ways possible to get a dui off my record sense i wasnt actually driving a car or truck and i wasnt even on a actuall road. i need advice on how to fight this.

You should contact an attorney and discuss the facts with the attorney. Driving on private porperty while under the influence of alcohol is a violation of state law. You may have a good defense, depending on your driving and performance of the field sobriety tests.
