So many unstated facts. Do you think you could be found innocent at a trial, or are you just buying time? Did you have a private lawyer or the public defender? You can always change your plea, and your attorney, but it will cost you something. Getting the guilty plea set aside is the easy part. Getting a better deal -- or even found "not guilty" -- can possibly be achieved with the help of your new attorney.

Only expensive ones, meaning motions to withdraw plea on good cause. Then, if you do, there will likely be NO further plea bargain deals offered. You will have PO'ed the DA and court. You will have to go to trial, with the risk that if you lose, you will be sentenced to the statutory time specified in the charges you face. If really serious about doing this, feel free to contact me.
