Possesion of controlled substance

1.What is the charge for pleading guilty to having a controlled substance??

2. How can my friend get the charges removed if they are not guilty?

they just took the blame so the other party wouldnt get in trouble or have there vehicle towed?

If your friend has already plead quilty, it may well be too late to do anything. His only chance of with drawing his guilty plea would be to file a motion to get it set aside. If your friend has not plead guilty, the immediate retaining of an attorney is a must.

Well that was not such a good idea, but NEVER plead guilty. There are other ways of doing this. If your friend pleads guilty this could lead to bigger problems.
