pulled over without cause

My daughter was recently arrested for DUI and the car I was driving is in process of changing registered owners, but still shows her name. I was pulled over by CHP in city limits and they mentioned my daughters name and asked if

i was her. They asked me to get out of car and performed dui test and breatholyzer. I had absolutely no alcohol in my system. I asked them why I was pulled over and they didn't answer. I asked If I was swerving and told them if I was swerving it was because I was in alot of pain and I was on my way to the hospital. they said I was driving fine. then they said I was high on methamphetamine I told them I was in alot of pain and was scheduled for surgery, and I take presc. medication, then they said I was under arrest for being under influence for prescription meds, because they couldn't prove alcohol or meth. I told them I didn't take any medication at all that day. they still arrested me and took me to jail and drug tested me for meth. they also said my blood pressure and pulse was high I seen the dr. at the jail about 30 min later and he said my bp and pulse was normal. Was I pulled over illegally.

It does not sound like this was a valid stop from what you are telling me. We would have to review the police report to determine for sure though.
